Checking credit report and and it shows that i haven’t paid

I'm reviewing my Credit Report and its shows that the payment that was made on ( 01/08/2021 wasn't entered as paid. I have a bank statement showing that it was paid, From the bank statement shows on (01/08/2021 - ACI * First Premier 01- 07 80* - 987 - **** NE Debit Card Purchase ) and if there's any more owed My Email sgtsmith1955@***.com please contact me at the Email
