I placed my order in February or March and as if today I still have not received my order which means that my door is still unsecure. I call back and was informed that it was on back order which was 2 weeks ago. As of today I still have not received my order. Payment should not have been taken out if order was not delivered. Not very happy with service in which I've received at this time.
