Check the hardware early for omissions

I ordered six large plantation shutters via telephone. The agent was very friendly and attentive and the later order check spotted a mistake I had made. It then took two weeks longer than planned due to high workload for them to be delivered. The materials were excellent, the fit perfect, and the installation easy. Unfortunately there was hardware missing for half the windows. Despite two emails to the customer service agent, Tyler, I never received even an answer, let alone the missing hinges! Luckily I was able to buy similar sized bolts as a substitute. The product itself is terrific and looks very nice. Too bad the customer support is dreadful. I've still got another six windows to go and will probably use another, more responsive vendor for those. Too bad.
