I was bitten by bed bugs at the extended stay hotel in Roseville Michigan I submitted a claim to the adjuster named Nincy Phillips. I was told a check for $738 was sent to me on February 25th 2021. I never received that check I've tried to get in contact with Miss Phillips to no avail. Miss Phillips email me once to inform me about the change in claims adjuster she gave me a name and no other information I just want to settle my claim and find out what happened to the check can anyone help me?
