Update by user Jan 16, 2021 I have yet to be able to contact anyone in the Shakespeare organization/customer service department. I am beginning to wonder if there is actually anyone actually associated with this company. Also the package that was delivered to the PO Box in Dallas TX nor the $3.00 check that I sent per warranty instructions has yet to be returned. I'll continue trying next week to get a telephone response. Although the $3.00 check I sent has not been processed, I am still out of the $5.50 USPS charge for shipping the pliers back and the pliers that were purchased. User's recommendation: BE WARY OF SHAKESPEARE PRODUCTS, WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
