I was number 46 in the cue, so I knew I would be heard today via the phone. It's sad they have not hired enough workers to effectively address concerns. I am sad and dismayed at the entire process, especially in predominantly minority areas. Georgia has the worse service and they said headquarters will not permit additional workers to be hired. That's mental and emotional suicide for anyone who works there. User's recommendation: Add more customer service reps. At least 10 more to manage 100 calls a day each.
