This company had me do a dispute on a charge then charged me additional money while they processed it without my knowledge. They charged me $ 20.00 for not paying a charge that was disputed in 15 days. This charge would have been paid if they did not have me do a dispute and take their sweet time. They were rude to me every time I called. So called managers are more unprofessional then the employee's. The COO is worst of them all. I filed a complaint with the BBB and all she wanted to do was argue about how her company takes allegations I made very serious. If this was the case you would have corrected the actions of your barely trained employee's. If you are a consumer beware of this company and do not call to make contact with them, send in the slip with the money so they don't continue to charge you without your knowledge or treat you poorly. If you are a business do not use them for collections because they will give your company a bad name. I will not be purchasing anything from the Girl Scouts Of America in the future and I have advised all of my friends, family, and colleagues of the horrible things that have occurred with this company!! USE SERVICE AT OWN RISK!!!
