I opened six bags of your mini twist and put into two large bowls. Mix two bottles of buttered oil with several other ingredients in two bowls and poured over pretzels. As I was stirring I noticed a LOT of burnt pretzels. Tried picking them out but ended up being so many that had half of the pretzel burnt too that I had to throw both bowls out. Never experienced this before and I’ve been buying these for years. What happened and should I expect this to happen again? It was a lot of wasted money
