Yes there's still a problem. Actually there's two problems. First the radio doesn't work because there is a check antenna light flashing. The virtual helper couldn't help so he said that he would send me the techs number. Did he send it? NO. The second issue is Sirius is and has been OVER CHARGING me for more than two years. I would like to be reimbursed. I have written and called Sirius many many many times to tell them that I have ONLY ONE account NOT TWO. Every bill that follows is for 32 dollars not even a good price for two let alone one. Please fix my radio.
