Since September 13, 2019, the WAWA store at 567 Lancaster Ave in Malvern, PA 19355, has had a problem with their automatic change machines. They cheat you out of anywhere from a penny on up on each transaction. I have reported it to 7 different employees, including the manager and it's still happening. Got cheated out of a nickel this morning. Not a lot, but multiply that by hundreds of customers a day and you have a significant amount of money. Some customers put their change in the charity box without even looking, so they don't know they're being cheated.
