After using the More card for 18 months I had accumulated enough points for a £5 payback (Points mean prizes).Morrisons cheated me out of this .I did what they said, I downloaded the app,I enquired at the till ,I asked various staff,I asked to see the manager.Still no £5.I am now an ex-Morrisons customer. User's recommendation: avoid Morrisons.
