Cheated me out of 25 free games for a collection.

I was cheated out of my 25 free games I should have gotten for completing a collection. Plus I was charged for the games I thought were free. This happened 5/19/19. Also, I usually don't get paid even though I win on a line. I do spend money on this game and if this issue isn't resolved I will be deleting it.
