i booked via Trivago, recommending Hoteling as one hotel agent. On 24 feb 2016, i paid S$566.75 (online payment) for 5 nites for Melbourne room, received Hoteling hotel confirmation note. When i checked in hotel upon my arrival, on 1st Aug, the Hotel staff told me there was a cancellation to my room. I was shocked and have no choice i booked another room to stay for 5 nites cost me AUD755. What kind of Hoteling Website so irresponsible, causing me such a bad holiday as starting point. I wrote in to Trivago, only suggested me to claim from travel insurance or credit card company for non-delivery service. If i can claim back, is my luck. If i cant, think about how hard we earn and save money for holiday and screw up by this kind of sickening agent! Be careful, this will be happened to all people do online payment booking... share with you to alert !!
