I’m currently awaiting my replacement scooter. If it is of better quality than the first I’ll update this review. If I had to rate my SwagTron Swagger 5 Elite using one word it would be “shakey”. Not shakey as in ride quality, but shakey as is PRODUCT quality. I had multiple issues with my scooter that the customer service at SwagTron pretty much ignored. 1. The front tire is sent not inflated, which is fine if you have a tire pump, but if you don’t here’s more money to spend. 2. The “adapter” they send with the scooter doesn’t actually work for the tire valve type. So it’s completely useless. So I had to goto the car parts store and buy a proper extender. 3. My scooter never turns on with the first or second try, and it won’t shut off using the power button. 4. Instructions are unclear as to how operate the app/ connect to the scooter 5. The SwagTron customer service is entirely useless. They won’t send you a box to ship it back in, they make you pay to ship it back, and the tried blaming everything on amazon first. 6. No matter what the damages are they will find a problem with the warranty and void it, then charge you $100+ to get your I repaired scooter back. 7. The warranty is a LIE If your read this review, spend an extra $300 and get a decent brand electric scooter, SWAGTRON swagger 5 elite is not worth the headaches
