Cheapflight.com (Formally: Cheaptrip.com)

I was contacted by cheaptrips (Now Cheapflights.com, 1-80*-211-****) about membership and that I would recieve 4 free airline tickets, to use anytime I wanted without no black out periods, once my last installment was made for my membership, I did not recieved any travel package for about 6 Months after numberous request, the representatives kept telling that it was an error or they have just sent it out and I would have to wait 4 to 6 week period due to processing and that it was process at another department and they would ensure that I got the available mailing. I recieved the package in Apr 10 and upon getting it stated that I would have to book my travel 45 days in advance and it would have for a stay of 7 days with hotel reservations. When I tried to cancel and get a refund that are now unavailable and will not reply to my emails. Please let everyone know. Al Rose Waldorf, MD
