Update by user Oct 27, 2019 Said they would replace only the wood, no credit for having to pay for replacing labor. Also if l wanted to pay an inspector to come out to assign blame, they would still just replace the boards. The splintering is coming from the wood, not outside damage.They say I damaged it and will not stand behind their product,
