Cheap product and the Modlilys website won’t let the return process complete.

I am trying to return items from my order. Modlilys website says that you get free returns. But when you complete your part of the return process their website stalls and never moves forward to complete the process. Every item is poorly made with cheap material. User's recommendation: Never trust this company. Save your hard earned money.
