I live in one of the house of Harrington Mills community built by Grand Homes. I purchased this house couple of years back and in just couple of years I see many issues appearing. The foundation slab has a crack that is not covered by warranty and almost of the doors hinges are coming out. Screws used the doors are so small they can't sustain the weight of doors. I already paid hundreds of dollars. Looks like they used cheap material. I am very disappointed and give heads up to everyone.
