I am not one to write reviews, but in this case I feel I need to. I’ll start with my call to customer service. Ice on the phone I honestly felt like this was all a scam. The website, the phone number, I started to panic. I kept googling COACH website, and number while on the phone with a COACH representative. For what we consider a “high end” company this company lacks the quality of the COACH brand by a lot. My call was regarding my tag being monogrammed. We spent close to $400, and if I got the hang tag monogrammed it would void any kind of returns or refunds on the ENTIRE bag! This company makes so much money so i was shocked to hear that. Further more after being told the monogram would void a return if I had an issue I asked if I could purchase a hang tag separately to be monogrammed. I was told NO, BUT after looking again at the site I could indeed for $8. I am very disappointed and couldn’t even bring myself to call back for the $8 add on hangtag. Even though I’m in MD and no one in the state does the monogramming in store. Very very disappointed at how cheap this company really is. The lack of knowledge the people they hire have makes calling a waste of time. I almost wish it were a scam bc I don’t think I’ll be purchasing another coach ever.
