I been going to Fitness 19 about a year now . Since's i been going all good . But its been hot and stuffy in the gym. Its been pretty warm and bearable . But as summer here and pretty warm in the valley . its to hot and stuffy . Is fitness 19 trying to save money on ac usage . I've worked out at other gyms and its cool all year long . Fitness 19 needs to power up on ac temperature. I've made complaints already. My friends that go to Fitness 19 as well as me says its stuffy at 4 and 5 am in the morning. When its not even warm outside . I've gone to the gym at 6am,7am and its stuffy etc. Maybe we get what we paid for . My concerns is that older people workout and some are menopausal and others have health reasons . When the right employee works its nice and cool . But majority of the time its stuffy . Its nice and cool by the front desk. But hot and stuffy everywhere else. Because of all the lights and people workout and body heat. If this continues i'll be switching gyms.
