Chase up QR codes for return

Had returns to go back, the QR codes didnt work. Finally finding a way of contact, I asked for replacement codes, was asked for account details and order numbers, provided these, 3 days later was asked the same question and not heard from them in a week. I had a problem previously with Evans and was helped within hours. I have chased this up, tweeted them and still nothing. Very poor. User's recommendation: Here’s hoping you never have a problem.
