Charter does not care about seniors in assisted living.

I called them to transfer my moms phone to nursing home.was told I needed to open up a new account.they told me the tech guy would be there in 2to3 days .never showed .happened 3 times.after many calls over 2weeks and hours on hold they told me they do not have service in the senior home.they do have 2 other phones in the facility.they lied and and are very incompetent. I finally got Verizon hooked up.mom really needed a phone and they were aware of her situation User's recommendation: Do not use sprectum.horrible.
