After a long negotiation I was offered the $20 back plus $11. thats $31. All I got was a coupon for $11/ it is unfair not enough to buy anther bulk buy which charmin advertised. I demand the 6 packages with twelve rolls to be sent to Po box 562 Lucerne valley Ca 92356....
