I AM THE CUSTOMER OF THE SBFC SINCE LAST 10 YEAR AND MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY ARE AS FOLLOW THEIR ARE CHARGING EXCESS AMOUNT INTENTIONALLY WHEN YOU GO FOR LOAN CLOSURE DURING THE LOCK DOWN PERIOD AND NO CONTACT TO CUSTOMER AFTER SANCTION OF LOAN FROM BRANCH AND NOT INFORM THE LOAN &;;;;;amp; INTEREST STATUS User's recommendation: MY SUGGETION IS NOT TO VISIT TO SBFC TUGLAKABAD BRANCH.
