Charging my account with no service

I been a HCM client since 10/09/18 with my client fee being deducted from my credit card on the first of every month. On 03/01/20 $389.14 was deducted from my account and when I went to get my service done on 03/24 notice the office was close due to covid19 but they didn't bother to call me to canceled my appointment. After making several calls finally got intouch with the manager, was told to call him back on April 1st for future appointment, after calling him back now found out they will be close the whole month of April but then again they charge my account $389.14 on 1st of April and they wont be able to give any appointments until May. I ask him why is HCM is still charging clients when no services is offered to us, he says is all computerize and most likely they will credit us in the future I really dont trust him by the tone of his voice. This is ridiculous we all been hit hard with this Coronavirus, now sitting at home with no money coming in and HCM just can't figure out how to keep their clients happy by not milking their accounts during these difficult times. Once again by May 1st they will deduct my account for the 3rd time with no service, I really don't want to get my services some where else and hope to recieve a written notice soon from the company stating they will credit my account before April 30th. User's recommendation: HCM don't care about their clients.
