Charging my account for no reason

I tried to download the game Cruise. The game never downloaded. I cancelled the membership fee. Now Bigfish has been charging my account for two months now. I don't have the original game that I wanted to play. I did not want a replacement game. I wanted the game that I ordered. I never got the game. But as of November 2020 Bigfish is still charging my account for rental fees for a game that I was never able to download. Stop charging my account and refund me for the last two months of charges. I am going to be polite and say please this time. Very pissed customer User's recommendation: Don't download any games unless you are sure your computer can except the game.
