I tried the free trail (I think it was for 2 month) through a YouTuber recommendation but I did cancel my subscription after a couple of weeks. But, I suddenly got a 'pending transaction' of £85. I really dont understand why I've been charged even though I didn't even use the skillshare contents at all. Additionally, why have I been charged £85 pounds (which is a lot of money for me). I'm only a student and have small amount of money so I would be very grateful if I could please get a full refund.
