Charging both my wife and I for Nebulizer Rental fees, while they have already received equipment.

My wife and i rented equipment when we got sick with COVID-19 back on 11-23-2019. My wife returned all the equipment in Mid December. Rotech pickup my equipment at home 0n [protected]. Subsequently, they are saying for both of us that we never returned the Nab and Nab supplies Equipment. They charging rental fees for both my wife and myself. for the Nebulizer we never used and they have received. When they pickup my stuff, they signed the paper work but, i didn't notice that it did include the Nebulizer on the paperwork. I believe this is a scam from word go.
