I HAVE GIVEN ONE PC OF MOBILE MODEL NO.6303i ONLY FOR SERVICING PURPOSE AND HE IS CHARGED ME RS. 200/- AND NOT GIVEN ME ANY BILL/ RECEIPT. ONE MORE MOBILE MODEL C5-00.2 GIVEN FOR REPAIRING PURPOSE HE IS GIVEN ME BACK AS IT IS. AND ADVICE ME THAT YOU CHARGE THIS MOBILE FOR 4 TO 5 HOURS. I HAVE KEPT THIS MOBILE IN CHARGING BUT WITHIN 15 MINUTES MY MOBILE GET MORE HEATING AFTER THAT I HAVE AGAIN VISITED THIS MOBILE CARE SHOP FOR PROBLEM HE IS ASKED ME THAT YOU TAKE THIS MOBILE TO BHUJ NOKIA CARE FOR REPAIRING PURPOSE BUT I HAVE REQUESTED FOR DO THE REPAIRING JOB AT GANDHIDHAM ONLY. HE IS ADVISED ME THAT THIS MOBILE WILL BE SEND TO DELHI FOR REPAIRING PURPOSE. THE SAID MOBILE I HAVE SUBMITTED VIDE JOB SHEET NO. [protected]/120613/22 DT: 13.06.2012 AND ASKED ME THAT YOU WILL GET THIS MOBILE AFTER 10 DAYS.PLEASE EXPLAIN ME WHY MY HANDSET SEND TO DELHI FOR LONG PERIOD. ARVIND L.
