Charges I never agreed to

Bought a pair of socks. they started charging me $14.95 a month after that. called 7 times to cancel. received e-mails stating the account has been canceled. Still being charged 14.95 a month. Called several times all I get is oh well it's your fault for signing up. They will not cancel it and will not refund money. Have to get a new bank account to stop them. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY.
