She did not fix the problem or situation. She was morw than less telling. Me I was wrong until I had explained it several times. She needs alot more experie ce or somthing. I dont think this is a job for her because she dowa t do well with listening to the customers she cuts them.off mid sentence and just wants to send you to somthing else (sending a email) instead of fixing the situation herself
