I am reporting a charge for pet fees billed to me fr ok Woodspring in Alcoa tn. I stayed around 5-31-20 to 6-4-20. When I booked room For 49.99 pet note with one 10 lb pet no-one ever stated that the pet fee was 50.00 pet note for a pet. How absurd! I have stayed at woodworking suites all over and paid fee once! Called manager stated in I will have to let clerks to let guests know. Never again! So disappointed with no disclosure of this very important fact. Paid more for pet fee than the room. Please respond
