Charger not working

I bought this charger on 4/29/2021 at Lowes on Kingsley Avenue and it no longer works. I want it replaced. The agent that attempted to help me was not clear with his instructions. I still need assistance. Mr.Paul Barker. US Army Retired 904-314-****.
