Bought a charger that was stated to work with my model laptop. Turns out it didn't & wanted to send it back & receive a refund which I didn't think would have been a problem. So I reached out to customer service & they were nothing but disrespectful & kept telling me that they test the chargers & in other words stating how I was wrong & the charger worked even though i tried everything to get it to work. Eventually I was ignored after trying to contact that multiple times & never recieved any of my money back for the faulty charger. Definitely wouldn't recommend this site to anyone. Would rather just suck it up & spend the money to replace my charger for my laptop which I did.
