AVOID HGREG KENDALL. I bought a Nissan Kicks 2019 back on February 2020 and they did a mistake to put on my contract an amount of $1.200,00 higher than what we agreed. Unfortunately, I realized a week later checking my financing account, and brought that to their attention. At first they acknowledge their mistake and we both signed a refund request on early March. But I wish the things were smooth as it looked like. More than 3 months has past since this refund request was signed and I still struggling to have my money back. Daily interest is being charged over this wrong amount which is making my car much more expensive than it supposed to be. I'm calling almost on a daily basis and spoke already with 5 different people, went personally there 5 times, all with no success. I will never consider HGREG again when buying my next car. User's recommendation: Do not buy cars here!
