Charged twice for one car seat

I ordered my daughter a new car seat from your website. I usually just shop in stores but i got a 20% discount so i just ordered online. I got my confirmation and they took the money out of my account with a debit card. I noticed 2 payments of $86 was missing from my account. Of course it was the weekend when it posted so i had to wait until Monday to call. The lady told me they take it $1 dollar out to make sure the card is active which is whatever. Then she proceeded to say that Graco takes the payment out twice depending on the finanancial situation of the person which how could you even know that? As long as the $86 came out that’s all they need to be worried about! I want my other $86 back ASAP not 5-7 business days!! I might as well have bought two car seats!
