Was charged nearly $200 for 24 hours. Because of misleading advertising, I thought I could get a 6x8 enclosure for 2 large dogs. When I got there, first the smell got me, then the dark and dankness; then I saw the enclosure it was more like 4x8 and I was supposed to get 2 large dogs in there. You had to see it. That was $30 plus 18 for the extra dog. They have all these inclusions that cost extra - nickel and dimeing you to death. I asked to see the "so called" suites. It was a large room with a twin bed, but they were isolated. I was charged $7 extra bc it had a window. Reluctantly I took the $70 room bc the alternative was unacceptable. Dropped them off around 8 - even though I was there first, I had to wait while 2 other customers picking up came in. Got back a day early so I picked them up around 8 the next day. The owner claimed by email that it was 9-ish, but my flight got in at 7:25. I was told I was being charged for two days bc I did not pick them up before 1pm. Can you say WTF????? There is a sign outside that says pickup 1pm but I have never in 30 years of boarding my dogs been charged for a night they did not stay. I was offered a discount on my next visit - REALLY??? What next visit. Did not think of viewing them on the web like the other reviewer did 6/3/14. I cd have checked that all that was promised was delivered. The only good thing I can say about the place is Dwayne. He did ask me when I wd be back, I told him around 11am, they were to stay 2 nights, he did not however tell me that wd I have to pick them up by 1pm or I would be charged for another day. Dwayne was always professional, polite, patient and was just doing his job. My dogs loved him and if he were to go somewhere else. I wd take them just to play with him. I asked for a refund for the day and was refused. Beware, the place looks great on line, but I saw none of that there, and the "runs" were not as advertised. Don't go!!!!!
