I got a renewal in the mail for something I never signed up for! I am on auto billing for the gas Nicor so they placed on my bill without me knowing. They would only credit back one month. They still owe me $54.45 more in credit. You cannot call in the wait time they say is 13 minutes and after 30 minutes I hung up. The call backs do not work either. I did a live chat on 10/17 with Kim and have a cancelation number of 1080**** this is a SCAM. Imagine all the people they are scamming and making money off of Next is the BBB This is to protect you gas lines for up to $2,500 LMAO.... give me a break!
