Update by user May 26, 2021 The company confuses you. Used my gift subscription in July 2020. Company says boxes ship the FOLLOWING month on the 15th yet I didn't receive my first box until the first week of September and had to ask them for tracking info because they aren't good at communicating with their customers. This was a GIFT - I wanted ONLY to use my GIFT card and be done with this service. I did not ask or want an additional 6-months. The service is very expensive and not worth the money. Original review posted by user May 26, 2021 Given a 6-month GIFT subscription July 2020 but was forced to provide my own credit card number or the order wouldn't go thru. The boxes took forever to arrive. Once the GIFT subscription ended I STILL received boxes - the company, without my knowledge, billed my credit card for an additional 6 months but only offered me a partial refund saying it was MY fault I didn't read the fine print. User's recommendation: Stay far away from this company.
