Charged me twice

You shipped me the bathing suit top but you didnt shoot me the bathing suit bottom. You charge me for both pieces. I called customerservice you never answer the phone this is the second time I called User's recommendation: You shipped me the bathing suit top but you didn’t shoot me the bathing suit bottom. You charge me for both pieces.
