Charged me over $650 on my cc and denys it

Ive proved the charged me with my cc statement and yet they cant find 00i n their system so they wont give me a refund ir provide me with merchandise credits for my money. So basicall they have stolen $650 of my hatd earned money. Its criminal how rude their costumer service people are, they just ask the same questions over and over and waist your time
