Charged me for services i did not get due to gym shut down

I am so sick of this gym.. I got double charged in FEb, and charged me for personal training that I did not get for March.. The gym is still closed but they wont refund me.. I don't want credit when they open . I want my money refunded and they wont do it. What a bad gym.. I am placing complaints with BBB and calling news channel
