Charged me for an order I had cancelled

First I was charged for an order I had cancelled on the same day I placed the order. My credit card company took care of it and I was refunded. I had placed another order a day later which was May 16th. I had emailed them several times with no response. Finally on June 27th I received an email that my order was on the way. It is July 9 and I still don't have it and UPS says they never received it. Again I emailed them and at this time have not heard from them. This company stinks.
