Paid my bill electronically like I do every month. They rejected it at charged me 20.00 extra fee on top of my bill. Funds were in the account. So now I’m going to go back to mailing in the payment instead of paying them right away like I was. Nice way for them to make extra cash by hitting you with these fees. Way to go.
