Charged maximum for renewal without consent

I purchased bitdefender 2019 for £19.99 but forgot to turn off auto renewal.Now they have charged me £39.99 for 2020 renewal without my consent. I have cancelled the subscription two days prior to renewal for poor service and high charges and requested a refund.Its been two weeks and no one seems bothered to reply.Please be aware, refunds policy seems to be far away.
