Dear sir, i happened to have booked a ticket from Chennai to Bangalore on 6/3/2014 for a multi axil bus of KSRTC through online as a guest, when i finished transfering the sum of rs 779 through my debit card there was a server error on their site but the amount was debited from my account. Where i never received a ticket. It was for the bus that starts at 22.28 on 9/03/14 multi axil. Please i would request you to take look into this complaint and do the need full Thanking you Ratish
