Charged for the month but Corona sooooo?

I was charged for the month that all this corona stuff happened and you guys weren't open, so I know I shouldn't have been charged where's my refund/ my free month??? Let me know asap. Acc. # X225****. User's recommendation: Make sure you don't charge people if you arent open.
