Charged for return equipment

Return my equipment in timely manner. And that took It out of my bank account after that found the tracking Number and said that found the number but could not find the equipment.That are changing me for something Thay lost.Called meny times and keep putting me Off ancer User's recommendation: Don't give them you're check account number.
