Charged for product that i haven’t recieved

Wotoba charged my account for the two orders I made on April 6th and I still haven't received the orders. The first order of $ 52.05 with an exchange fee of $1.56, the second, $ 104.38 with an exchange fee of $ 3.12. After complaining through Pissed consumer I received a conformation, #MMAASP64738. This was for half of my order of $52.05. I still haven't received any product and haven't received any conformation from the second half of my order of $ 104.38 User's recommendation: Never order from any company without reading the revieus and rateings.
