A Sears Home Service repair agent, Essam from Morroco, came to our house to check our broken Kenmore Dishwasher. He determined we needed 3 parts for a total of $596.33 which he ordered that day - Sat. Feb. 27, 2021. On Monday, March first, we cancelled the order as well as the scheduled return for repair, choosing to purchase a new dishwasher. I called customer service to make this cancellation. Two of the three parts were sent to me after I had cancelled. Today, I returned them via UPS and have the tracking number. When I received my Visa bill this week, I see that the charge for $596.33 is listed on my account. I have called customer service numerous times to correct this bill, but I have made no progress. I need this bill to be cancelled asap since I owe nothing. Thank you for your help!
